Clement Street in San Francisco is often referred to as one of the “New Chinatowns” that hosts a high density of Asian restaurants and grocery stores. This experimental typography poster is a collage composed of text and information that were found on flyers, posters, signs, and windows.

The Small Rain / Personal Project

“The Small Rain” is the first published short story from author Thomas Pynchon. The story is a narration of an actual experience of a man who had served in the navy. The poster depicts the mood illustrated by Pynchon and functions as a mailer to promote a book talk event for “The Small Rain.”
